Hayden Mora
Chief Information Officer (CIO) CDPL | Agostini Group
Hayden has been C-Level for almost 10 years starting with TSTT from 2014 to 2015 as Acting Chief Information Officer (CIO), Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Massy Group from 2015 to 2018, Chief Information Officer (CIO) CDPL/Agostini Group from 2018 to present. Middle, Senior and C-level Management for about 23 years now.
Hayden started his career in telecommunications engineering at TSTT, and navigated through leadership positions in sales, engineering, product development, programme management, and information technology.
He is the holder of BSc and MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering for UWI, Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, ACCA Diploma in Financial Management (DipFM), PMI-PMP Certification since 2015, Cybersecurity Risk Management Certificate from Harvard in 2023.
Hayden Scott
Head, Information Security, Security Management Services | NGC
Mr. Hayden Scott is a cyber security professional at the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, and at present executes the Cybersecurity Assurance Program for the company’s enterprise network and the natural gas pipeline management system. He has been employed with The NGC for over 27 years, during which Hayden has been involved in managing the Information Security Management Program, Application Development, Database Administration, Systems Administration, Network and Security Administration.
Hayden holds a Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Science and Physics, a Master’s Degree in Network Security, and holds certifications in ISACA’s Certified Information Security Management (CISM), SANS Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist, Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) and Zero Trust Training Contributor both by Cloud Security Alliance.
Beyond the certifications however, Hayden believes more about delivery of solutions and projects than certifications. Key projects worth mentioning are the implementation of the Information Security Management Program, led the successful project to migrate NGC to Exchange Online (precursor to Office 365), and implemented the Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud security solutions to name a few.
Hayden has been on NGC’s first Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) project, so he speaks that language also.
Kwailan Bridgewater

Kwailan Bridgewater is a Cybersecurity Specialist at Atlantic LNG, with 18 years of extensive experience in Information Technology. Her career spans critical areas such as Network Administration, Disaster Recovery, Audit and Risk, and Information Security. Kwailan has held several senior managerial positions, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Information Security, Manager of Information Security Architecture, ICT Audit & Risk, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity. A certified professional with CISM, CRISC, and CGEIT certifications, along with ISO 27001 Lead Implementer credentials, Kwailan also holds a BASc in Utilities Engineering (Electrical) and has specialized in Cybersecurity Audit and Fintech Law and Policy. Awarded the prestigious ISJ Caribbean Security and Resilience Award in 2021, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity leaders, actively guiding and inspiring young professionals. Kwailan remains dedicated to strengthening cybersecurity frameworks and fostering resilience in the region's energy sector.

Tira is an attorney at law and digital governance policy consultant with over 25 years of experience in the Caribbean and internationally working with governments and public sector organizations as well as with private sector stakeholders.
In recent years Tira has been actively involved in developing digital government transformation strategies in the Caribbean and other Small Island Developing States (SIDS), focusing on the review of state assessments, strategic planning documents, and gap analyses. She has gained a wealth of experience in reforming policy, legal, regulatory, and institutional regimes and frameworks relating to trade, data protection and electronic transactions, digitization of government processes, cybersecurity and broader ICT initiatives in various jurisdictions, including OECS Protocol Member States, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Belize, St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, and Smart Africa Member States.

She holds a Master’s in Digital technology management, with the University of Bedfordshire and a BSC in Computing and Information Systems (2nd Class Honors) with London Metropolitan University. Kerryann has over twelve years’ experience leading medium to large geographically dispersed teams, while successfully delivering on many corporate initiatives for her organization. Lawrence Lai Tan has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and over 18 years of experience in the Network Security, Telecommunications, and IT industry.

She works across several sectors which include industries such as Oil and Gas, Banking & Finance, and Manufacturing.
Donna’s work is primarily focused on representing international and regional business interests in the English-speaking Caribbean. Much of that work is in crisis and reputation management, executive coaching, and multi-faceted communications planning and delivery. She is co-founder of the Communicating For Influence Workshop Series© for senior-level leaders and has trained hundreds of executives in communicating in crisis and provided valuable counsel in safeguarding reputation during periods of volatility.
Donna is the former Head of Communications for the E&P at BP Global in the UK and was the Communications Adviser to the Executive Management Team. She is highly regarded for creating targeted, highly effective communications plans that advance organizational objectives, and has consulted in the area of business-to-government in strategic country relations.
As owner and Lead Consultant at Virtual Business Services, her innovative interventions in advocacy design and management have helped to expand company opportunities, garnering millions in additional revenue by rehabilitating business reputation and transforming corporate images into highly recognized and admired corporate citizens. Donna has extensive experience and knowledge in Sustainability and Social Responsibility and is Editor-in-Chief and producer of the widely-read, yearly publication, the CSR Review on region-wide corporate action in sustainability.
Her voluntary work has been in areas of enterprise and youth such as the Prince’s Youth Business Trust, United Way, the Mayaro Initiative for Private Enterprise Development (Grameen Model), the Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Youth Forum for the Environment. She is also a former Director of the American Chamber of Commerce (T&T) and works collaboratively with many chambers of industry including the Guyana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), where she serves on the Advocacy and Petroleum Committees.
