In 2019, he has jointly created with Frank Burkert Climate and sustainability practice and has driven Climate Finance business and the Green Climate Fund business.
Writer of several reports and green papers for the European Commission, the European Parliament and Member States on topics such as Innovation. Competitiveness and Attractiveness of Foreign Direct Investment, and Hi-Tech companies. 

Patrice has a consistent background in European affairs, policy design, evaluation and impact assessment, international relationships and in audit and advisory services and methodology to improve Institution management, governance rules, project and risk management, optimize and get access to EU and multilateral financial instruments.
He deals with the European Commission, the European Defence Agency, the SESAR JU and the European Parliament to manage a large number of contracts related to policy impact assessment and evaluation, economic and studies, risks management, performance improvement.

Patrice has been working among others on assignments such as:
Strategic Research Agenda for critical Defence technologies (Air, Land, Simulation, Space, Energy, Components, Autonomous systems)
European Defence Agency: Feasibility study on potential new financial instruments for leveraging private funds towards investments in dual-use technologies.
Technical Assistance for access to European Structural Funds (ERDF - ESF - Cohesion Fund - Horizon 2020).

European Investment Bank (EIB): Assisting the EIB in investments in Bio-based industries and in the Blue Economy.
SESAR: Impact study and analysis of scenarios for the continuation of the programme.
Study on the costs and the cumulative effects of EU and national policies on businesses in the information technology industry.
