Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. In 2007, as Director-Sales and Marketing, Mrs. Henderson played a pivotal role in the Change Management needed to ensure the smooth transitioning of Pereira & Company Ltd. from a privately-owned company to a strategic acquisition in the widely known, Regional Conglomerate, Massy. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson has guided the company in doubling its profitability by strengthening its core printing and imaging business, focused development of the Office Interiors Division and growing its regional business in the Eastern Caribbean countries. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks.
Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Richard Ivey School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute. She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership, and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions, including chairman for the Massy Share Ownership Plan.
Jean Andre Celestain

Mr. Jean Andre Celestain brings to Atlantic more than three decades of experience as a senior energy executive in the petrochemical and manufacturing sectors. Jean Andre has operated in various senior leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, HSSE and Project Management.
He was seconded from BP into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in September 2021 and over the past three years, has played a significant role in crafting and operationalizing Atlantic's strategy. As Atlantic’s CEO, in support of our journey to world-class operations, Andre has solidified his track record of delivery, driving improvements in several critical areas such as systematic operations, turnaround strategy and risk and vulnerability management. He has also delivered sustained performance resulting in Atlantic achieving zero serious injuries and fatalities, zero tier 1 and tier 2 process incidents and zero impaired barriers.
Andre has deep operational knowledge and a distinct leadership ethos grounded in humility with a genuine desire to help others succeed. He currently serves as the Chair of the CTU's Caribbean AI Taskforce charged with writing the harmonized AI policies for Caribbean, as a lead on the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Global Initiative on the Ethics of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems 2.0, as a member of the CARICOM's Security Strategy Steering Committee, and as an advisor to the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) on regional AI education policy matters.

Esther Callender-George is a passionate and accomplished cybersecurity leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning the Financial Insurance and Telecommunications sectors. She has successfully designed and led the implementation of IT security systems, information security programmes and business continuity frameworks, establishing herself as a trusted authority in information risk and protection.
Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Guardian Group and possibly the first and only female CISO in Trinidad and Tobago, Esther also holds the position of President of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Trinidad and Tobago Chapter. ISACA is a global independent nonprofit association that supports IT professionals and organisations worldwide through the development adoption and use of internationally accepted practices in information systems, audit cybersecurity ,governance and risk management.
Recognised internationally for her contributions, Esther was named 2nd runner-up in Get Safe Online’s 2025 “Cyber Heroine of the Year” competition highlighting her impact as a cybersecurity advocate. Dale Joseph

Dale Joseph serves as the Chief Analyst Cyber at The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS), where he holds a pivotal leadership role. He is the lead for The CARICOM IMPACS Cyber Fusion Unit, which functions as a critical coordination mechanism designed to significantly advance cyber resilience across the Caribbean region. Dean G Hullings, Colonel, USAF (ret)

With more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Dean provides strategic recommendations to the Forescout DoD account management team, connecting customer interactions and initiatives to maximize team productivity. He also assists global Forescout teams with customer engagement strategies that build on the success of US Federal programs.
Before joining Forescout, Dean spent 26 years in the US Air Force as a communications and cyber officer, serving in various leadership positions for Air Force and Joint Commands. He held command and deputy command positions in both home station and combat zone operations as well as leading government/contractor teams in space and space launch operations. His career culminating position was to lead the AF in developing cyber weapon systems in support of US Cyber Command’s offensive and defensive cyber operations.
In addition to supporting Forescout’s DoD sales team, Dean’s expertise allowed him to participate in multiple National Strategic Telecommunications Advisory Committee taskings, co-authoring numerous recommendations to the White House on cyber policy and strategic investment. He is a trusted advisor to DoD leadership on the using existing scarce cyber resources in an optimal way to achieve future cybersecurity goals.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a second in Military Operations, and a third in National Security and Strategic Studies.

Jim has been designing and delivering IT solutions to private sector businesses and the U.S. Government for over 25 years. He has driven information technology modernization and cyber resilience across a wide range of market segments: US Fortune 500, LATAM, Eastern and Central Europe, and US Federal Agencies including the National Security community and the Department of Defense. Throughout his career he has held positions of leadership with technology providers such as EMC Corporation and JTEK Data Solutions. He is also a Limited Partner with Okapi Venture Capital.
Beyond participating and leading organizations, he has a proven track record of delivering success, which has been recognized three times in Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America, and being named to the Partner Advisory Board for RSA Security and Dell Technologies.
In 2020, Jim co-founded Velos Solutions, an IT integrator focused on using US Grant Aid to assist Partner Nations and Allies improve their cybersecurity posture. Velos is an Executive Member of the Strategic Cybersecurity Coalition (SCC), which partners with Congress and the Executive Branch to streamline the FMS process for IT acquisition.
To provide a forum through which Senior Level Government and Industry can share and collaborate in an open forum on IT ideas, challenges, and successes, Jim joined the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) and the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). Jim held the Industry Chair for the AI Working Group and RPA Project Team and sits on the INOVA Health Systems Community Insights Board.

Jongmin has worked with national and multinational clients of diverse sectors including, financial, public, retail and more. Jongmin has also participated in other cybersecurity related services such as threat hunting, red teaming, penetration testing and malware analysis. During his participation in red teaming projects, he developed algorithms and implemented techniques to evade detection mechanisms, during this participation in threat hunting project, he identified tools and techniques used by the adversary and engineered detections against them.

Riard Mohammed has 30+ years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas Sector as an Automation Professional. Riard spent 7 years as an Automation Engineer at what was then called Fertrin/Arcadian (Now Nutrien), implementing the first Distributed Control System in Trinidad. Riard then joined Honeywell as a Field Engineer, implementing & supporting the Upstream Automation Systems of BP’s facilities that supplied Atlantic LNG (which comprised the Mahogany A & B Platforms and the Beachfield Receiving Facility). He now leads the Honeywell Business for the CARICOM Region, supporting Honeywell Customers in Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana & Suriname. Riard holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Sustainable Energy Management.
