Anna Henderson

President, AMCHAM T&T & Chief Executive Officer, Amaranth Business Solutions

Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. In 2007, as Director-Sales and Marketing, Mrs. Henderson played a pivotal role in the Change Management needed to ensure the smooth transitioning of Pereira & Company Ltd. from a privately-owned company to a strategic acquisition in the widely known, Regional Conglomerate, Massy. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson has guided the company in doubling its profitability by strengthening its core printing and imaging business, focused development of the Office Interiors Division and growing its regional business in the Eastern Caribbean countries. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks. 

Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Richard Ivey School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute. She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership, and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions, including chairman for the Massy Share Ownership Plan. 

Nirad Tewarie

Chief Executive Officer, AMCHAM T&T

Nirad Tewarie is the CEO of AMCHAM T&T. He has more than twenty-five years’ experience in media, communications, management, education and international relations. Nirad is also the Chairman of C15 studios, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aspire Fund Management, and the Loan for Enterprise and Network Development.

Passionate about youth development and using his expertise for good, Nirad is the Chairman of the 50-year-old, San Juan Jabloteh Sports Club and Manager of the Hillview College Football Teams, where he oversaw the promotion of the Senior Team to the Championship Division of the Secondary Schools’ Football League after just one season.

Nirad was formerly the CEO of the T&T Coalition of Services Industries (TTCSI), Chairman of the Caribbean Network of Services Coalitions, a member of the Communications and Public Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK and a columnist for the Trinidad Guardian.

A keen supporter of the arts, Nirad is an Associate Producer of Bazodee the Movie, and the former Chairman of the Cabinet Appointed Fashion Industry Development Committee.

Nirad holds a BSc. in Mass Communications from Florida International University and an MSc in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, UWI. He regularly speaks at regional conferences on matters related to technology & economic development.

Justice Frank Seepersad 

Judge, Supreme Court of Trinidad and Tobago 

Justice Seepersad has been a Judge of the Supreme Court of Trinidad and Tobago since 2012. As a Masters graduate of the London School of Economics, the Judge practiced as an Advocate Attorney for 16 years prior to his elevation to the bench.

The Judge has delivered landmark judgements with respect to breach of confidence and the liabilities which can arise from the improper use of social media platforms. Justice Seepersad is a guest preacher with the Presbyterian Church of Trinidad and Tobago and past tutor of advocacy at the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School.

The Judge is regarded as being fiercely independent, promotes the adherence of spirituality and integrity in public life and firmly believes that the law must be relevant and relatable

Dr. Nicole King-Daniel

Director - Human Resources, Proman Limited

Dr. Nicole King-Daniel is a progressive Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience. She is known for the conviction that people and culture are not support functions, but strategic imperatives at the heart of organisational success. Her personal motto is Hard work + Heart = Great HR!

As Director of Human Resources at Proman Trinidad and Tobago, she combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to design programs that not only support corporate goals but also inspire people to become true ambassadors of their organizations.

Nicole’s leadership philosophy moves beyond policy and process. She designs people-centered strategies that ensure employees are at the center of organisational success. Her approach reimagines leadership as a practice rooted in justice, empathy, and resilience.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (specialisation: Organisational Leadership), as well as MSc and BBA degrees, which equip her with both scholarly insight and practical expertise. Nicole is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Her emotionally intelligent leadership style is characterised by openness, adaptability, and a commitment to building trust at every level of the organisation. Nicole is widely respected for aligning and transforming HR strategy to drive business outcomes.

She is equally committed to fostering inclusive environments where diverse perspectives are valued. Her leadership across multiple work environments and industry sectors has strengthened her ability to understand, relate to, and connect with people from different backgrounds.

Nicole is passionate about mentorship and continuous learning. She actively supports emerging leaders and encourages dialogue, fairness, and courage as cornerstones of effective HR practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys community involvement and spending time with family—especially her nieces and nephews—which helps her connect authentically with others. She also serves as a Director of the Heart of A Sister Family Foundation in Trinidad and Tobago.

Roger Williams 

Plant Manager, Point Lisas Nitrogen Limited (PLNL)

Roger Williams has over three decades of experience in the petrochemical industry, having spent most of his career with leading companies on the Point Lisas Industrial Estate.  Throughout his career he has been actively involved in new plant design and construction, plant commissioning, and major turnaround projects.  

Roger began his career with Nutrien before moving to Proman where he held several senior leadership positions. In 2015, he joined Point Lisas Nitrogen as Plant Manager. 

As a senior leader in the petrochemical sector, Roger has held a diverse range of management roles, including Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Technical Services and Human Resource Manager. This breadth of experience has provided him with a unique perspective on both the technical and people aspects of business leadership. 

As a Board-level executive, Roger is committed to ensuring that safety and productivity remain complimentary priorities within the organization. He works closely with the management team to embed safety into daily operating practices while driving continuous risk reduction through strategic planning, major turnarounds, and capital investment projects. His leadership approach is inclusive in nature, focusing on achieving sustainable operational excellence through sound asset management, workforce engagement, and continuous improvement.

Dr. Tyrone Kalpee

Consultant 

Dr. Tyrone Kalpee is a senior HSSE and Business Transformation Consultant with over thirty years industry experience, the majority in senior leadership roles at bp Trinidad and Tobago as VP HSSE and Safety and Operational Risk; bp United Kingdom as the bp’s Global Environmental Director; Rosneft Oil Company in Moscow guiding the company's net zero business strategy, and VP Business Transformation at Atlantic LNG. He was also bp's HSE Chief of Staff for the Macondo Response in 2010.

Internationally, Tyrone was a member of IPIECA - driving industry environmental and social performance standards; the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI); the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) and UNEP’s Oil and Gas Methane Partnership (OGMP).

Locally, Tyrone was one of the founders of the Association of Upstream Operators (AUOTT) and STOW, a previous Amcham HSSE Committee Chairperson and a member of the Energy Chamber's Decarbonization Task Force. 

He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Biology, as well as Masters' and B.Sc. Degrees from the University of the West Indies, as well as the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Professional certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Anna L. Mohammed

Chief Operating Officer, S.M. Jaleel & Co. Ltd.

Mrs. Anna L. Mohammed is the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of S.M. Jaleel & Co. Ltd., one of the Caribbean's largest manufacturers and exporters of food and beverage products. She also serves as a Director of the company's six Caribbean subsidiaries.

Since joining the company in 1991, Mrs. Mohammed has held successive leadership roles in marketing, international business and executive management before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Today, she provides strategic leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, international business and corporate transformation across multiple markets.

As a member of the executive leadership team, she champions operational excellence through strong governance, risk management, quality systems, business continuity and a culture of continuous improvement. Her leadership has supported the company's growth into more than 60 international markets while maintaining high standards of operational performance and resilience in an increasingly complex global environment.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Mohammed pioneered regional trade within CARICOM for several of Jamaica's leading exporters in the agri-flora and consumer goods sectors.

She is passionate about developing high-performing organizations where people, processes and technology work together to create safer, more resilient and sustainable businesses.

Allan N. Stewart

Director, Tobago Emergency Management Agency

Mr. Allan N. Stewart currently holds the esteemed position of Director at the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), a Diamond Standard-certified organization at the forefront of emergency management in Tobago. Mr. Stewart's journey within the field of disaster management began in 1999 when he assumed the role of Assistant Coordinator and Operations Chief at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), now known as TEMA. With over two and a half decades of dedicated service, Mr. Stewart possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in disaster management and coordination.

Devoted to the cause of emergency management, Mr. Stewart stands as a staunch advocate for the development and implementation of comprehensive disaster management plans and policies, and for a robust, integrated approach to disaster planning and response. His extensive training spans critical areas of disaster management, encompassing the Incident Command System, Mass Casualty Management, Emergency Information Management, Radio Communication, Security Protocols, Commodity Identification Training, and the effective management of an Emergency Operation Centre (EOC).

Mr. Stewart's impact in the realm of emergency management and disaster risk reduction is undeniable. He has spearheaded numerous pioneering initiatives, including the CERT 1000 Volunteer Program, CERT PRO-Tobago, the establishment of a Special Needs Registry for the island of Tobago, the creation of the Disaster App – Virtual Vision, and the installation of Early Warning Systems on the island of Tobago. Additionally, his efforts have forged strong partnerships with esteemed international entities, including the United States, Canadian, and Japanese Embassies.

Mr. Stewart's fervor and innovative spirit shine through in his profound comprehension of and dedication to the field of disaster management. His unwavering commitment continues to drive positive change and resilience in the face of adversity.

Darrin Carmichael

Corporate Security, Operational Risk, HSE and Facilities Management Advisor

Darrin Carmichael is a seasoned corporate security and operational risk professional with more than three decades of experience in fraud prevention, financial crime investigation, enterprise security and operational risk management. A Certified Fraud Examiner, he has developed security frameworks, investigative protocols and training programmes that strengthen the detection, reporting and response capabilities of major financial institutions.

In his current executive leadership role, Darrin provides strategic oversight for corporate security, health, safety and environmental management, facilities management and related corporate services. His responsibilities include operational resilience, workplace safety, physical infrastructure, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance and the protection of people, property and organisational assets.

Darrin also plays a significant regional role in combating illicit trade, human trafficking and other organised criminal activity through his longstanding leadership within Crime Stoppers Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Crime Stoppers Caribbean, Bermuda and Latin America network. As a member of the Anti-Illicit Trade Task Force, he works closely with law enforcement, border security agencies and community intelligence partners to strengthen public engagement, disrupt criminal networks and promote safer, more resilient communities.

His contribution to national public safety has been recognised with the Hummingbird Medal (Gold) for distinguished service.
