Dr. Jenifer Neidhart de Ortiz  

Chargé d’Affaires | U.S. Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago


Dr. Jenifer Neidhart de Ortiz is a member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service and serves as the Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago.  She previously served as the Counselor for Political and Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy Guatemala City, and as the Senior Trade and Investment Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Iraq.  Jen has also served as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of State, responsible for his engagement in the Western Hemisphere and on global issues related to civilian security, democracy, development, and human rights.


She was the Deputy Director for East Asia in the U.S. Department of State’s Human Rights Bureau and her other overseas assignments include Hanoi, Manila, Lisbon, and San Salvador.  She holds a Ph.D. in international relations from American University, and she speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese.



Anna Henderson 

PRESIDENT | AMCHAM T&T


Mrs. Anna Henderson is the Chief Executive Officer of Amaranth Business Solutions Limited. Currently, she serves as President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAM T&T), following her tenure as Vice President during the 2023–2025 term.


With over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Strategic Management, she played a pivotal role in transitioning Pereira & Company Ltd. into the Massy Group in 2007, later becoming CEO in 2009 of Massy Technologies Applied Imaging. Under her leadership, the company doubled profitability, expanded its Office Interiors Division, grew its Eastern Caribbean operations, and delivered landmark projects—including the relocation of Parliament in 2011, completed in just 11 weeks.


Following Massy’s divestment in 2019, Mrs. Henderson and a group of investors acquired the company, rebranding it as Amaranth Business Solutions Limited. Since then, she has driven innovation, introduced flexible work practices, and built a services-led organization with strong digital capabilities.


She holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership training at the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Leadership Management Institute. Recognized as an expert in Technology, Strategic Leadership, and People Development, she has also served on several corporate boards, including as chairman of the Massy Share Ownership Plan.  


Andrea Davis

Andrea Davis is a High-Impact Network Strategist, executive leader, and entrepreneur known for building strategic connections that bring the right people together to solve complex challenges, unlock opportunity, and deliver measurable results.

With more than 18 years of leadership experience across multinational organizations and regional enterprises, Andrea has built a reputation for aligning people, capabilities, and decision-makers, transforming ideas from conversation into execution. Her work bridges the intersection of strategy, performance, and innovation, with a proven track record across the Caribbean region and beyond.


Andrea is the Founder and CEO of Anai Caribbean, a business solutions firm dedicated to improving organizational performance, operational effectiveness and measurable sustainable growth across the Caribbean.  She also leads Apexis Risk Innovation Group, a regional provider of industrial emergency response, risk management, and business continuity solutions and training. Operating in strategic partnership with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), Apexis delivers globally accredited programs that strengthen organizational resilience.


Previously, Andrea served as Country Manager of DHL Express Trinidad and Tobago, where she directed the full commercial and operational mandate of the organization. In this capacity, she also served as a member of the Caribbean Management Board, contributing to regional strategy and performance at the highest levels.


Andrea is deeply committed to driving business growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the Caribbean. She currently chairs the ScaleUp TT Steering Committee, a national initiative dedicated to accelerating the growth and global competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Trinidad and Tobago. She also contributes to the trade and economic development through active engagement with the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAMTT) Trade and Investment Committee. 


Beyond her professional work, Andrea is deeply committed to community development and mentorship. She is the founder of the Abide Foundation, an initiative dedicated to supporting and empowering young women transitioning from institutional care, helping them build confidence, independence, and pathways toward sustainable futures.


Andrea's academic credentials reflect her commitment to continuous learning and intellectual rigor. Andrea holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Research from Heriot-Watt University, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil). She is currently in the final stage of her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on leadership, transformation, and innovation adoption. Her doctoral research integrates her extensive real-world leadership experience with cutting-edge scholarship in organizational transformation and innovation adoption.  


Andrea is a former national volleyball athlete who represented Trinidad and Tobago on the international stage. The discipline, resilience, and collaborative mindset honed through elite sport continue to inform the way she leads — with tenacity, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.



Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine 

Principal, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Chaired Professor of Labour Law and Offshore Financial Law | U.W.I. St Augustine


Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine is the Principal of the UWI, St. Augustine, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and chaired Professor of Labour Law and Offshore Financial Law. Previously, she was the PVC  Graduate Studies and Research and Dean of the Faculty of Law. An Oxford and Cambridge Scholar, she holds a doctorate in law from Oxford, LLM from Cambridge, LLB from the UWI, and certificates in international human rights from the IIHR in Strasbourg. Antoine is an attorney, award-winning scholar and author, international consultant, temporary Court of Appeal judge, and activist. She was elected President of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Washington, the only person from Trinidad and Tobago. She was also the OAS Rapporteur for Persons of African Descent and Discrimination, Rapporteur for Indigenous Peoples and Head of the OAS Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Unit. She was CARICOM Chair on HIV, CSME, Migration and Chair of the CARICOM Regional Commission on Marijuana. She is the President of the Family Planning Association, a Cambridge Fellow, a member of Trinidad & Tobago’s Industrial Relations Advisory Committee, an Honorary Fellow of the International Society for Trust Practitioners (STEP), and the only Caribbean person and a Trustee of the London IPPF Board.


Professor Antoine has won many awards. In 2021, she was honoured as an Eminent Jurist- Pioneering Caribbean Woman by the Caribbean Court of Justice in 2021. She made history by winning the regional Vice Chancellor’s Award of Excellence twice, in 2006 for Research and in 2013 for Public Service. In 2018, she was honoured by UWI Cave Hill Campus as an ‘’Outstanding Alumnus’. She has published 15 books and numerous scholarly articles, with her work being described by international reviewers as “original”, “insightful, and amazing.”


Antoine served as Consultant to all of the governments in the Caribbean, UK, Venezuela, USA and Canada, the judiciary and international organizations, including the EU, OAS, IADB, World Bank, CDB, CARICOM, UNDP, OECS, UNICEF, ILO, UNIFEM, CAREC, PANCAP, UNAIDS, UNDCP, and ECLAC, drafting legislation and authoring influential Policy Reports on several varied issues prioritizing Caribbean legal development, including Climate Justice, Anti-Discrimination, HIV, Education, Narcotics, Labour Law, Human Rights, CSME Free Movement, Financial Law, Health, Gender, Money-Laundering, Climate Justice, Anti-Corruption, the Judiciary, Public Service, Police, Juvenile Justice and Human Trafficking. This transformational work references the CARICOM Labour Law Report, the catalyst for labour law reform and non-discrimination legislation in the region, the Report of the CARICOM Regional Commission on Marijuana, CSME legal reform, the TCI legislative reform project credited with returning the TCI to self-governance, and her CARICOM Report on Marijuana, the blueprint for regional law reform.  


Due to this path-breaking scholarship, activism and consultancy work, she is described by governments, international sources and others as the “foremost labour law expert in Labour Law in the region,” the “leading” authority in the region in International Financial Law and HIV law, and a ‘’change agent’’.  Antoine remains committed to development within the framework of human rights. She enjoys painting, gardening, and is a trained classical singer.

Randal Cezair 

Regional Director, Corporate and Commercial Banking | Scotiabank


Randal is Scotiabank’s Regional Director, Corporate and Commercial Banking. In this role, he leads the strategic direction of the commercial banking portfolio in the Caribbean and is committed to building a culture where diverse leaders, especially women, can contribute, influence, and excel.


Since joining Scotiabank in 2014, Randal has brought deep expertise in credit evaluation, client relationship management, project and debt financing, derivatives, and capital markets. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to structure and execute complex deals, successfully guiding several major global banking transactions for Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited.


Beyond his technical strength, Randal is an active advocate for inclusive leadership and talent development. He consistently supports initiatives that help create pathways for women in financial services, recognizing that diverse perspectives drive stronger outcomes, better teams, and more innovative thinking.


Randal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme.

Vanita Balroop – Kublalsingh

Finance Director and Company Secretary | Rosco Procom


Vanita Balroop – Kublalsingh is a Finance Director and Board member with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning Big Four audit firms and the regional energy services sector. She began her professional career in audit at PwC before continuing at Deloitte, where she developed a strong technical, analytical, and governance foundation. For the past 14 years, she has been with Rosco Procom Limited, a member of the Agostini Group of Companies, where she currently serves as Finance Director and Company Secretary. In this role, she leads complex post-acquisition integrations, drives digital finance transformation, and strengthens governance frameworks across a growing regional subsidiary.


A committed servant leader, Vanita is known for her problem-solving approach grounded in knowledge, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of how systems, people, and processes connect. She leads with clarity, empathy, and a special candor that fosters trust and accountability at every level of the organization. She is adept at having honest, constructive conversations, building resilient teams, and guiding organizations through periods of change with both discipline and heart. Passionate about developing future leaders, she brings an authentic, values-driven perspective on leadership, resilience, and meaningful impact in today’s evolving business landscape.


Vanita is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT).

Simone Martin-Šulgan

Vice President and General Manager | Flow Trinidad & Tobago/Liberty Caribbean


Simone Martin-Sulgan currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Flow Trinidad & Tobago/Libert Caribbean.

A native of Trinidad & Tobago and a self-confessed “Trini to de bone”, Simone has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. She has worked across the Caribbean, holding senior management positions in Trinidad and Tobago, the Cayman Islands, and the Southern Caribbean.

In 2014, she returned to the Caribbean and began her tenure with the then Cable and Wireless Communications as Vice President of Mobile Operations for the Bahamas Telecommunications Company. She also held the role of Senior Commercial Director of the South Caribbean, a wide portfolio that included the islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, the Dutch Caribbean, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, and Dominica.

She holds an MBA and MSc in International Business Development and Consulting from Germany and France, respectively.

Married, and a mother of two young boys, she is a dynamic leader who brings energy and joy into everything she does.

Her favourite local artist is Lyrikal, and she knows every lyric in his song “Happy Place”.

Lisa Feveck, MPhil, RD, CDE

Menopause Dietitian and Coach | International Best-Selling Co-author | Keynote Speaker


Lisa Feveck is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and transformation coach specialising in perimenopause and menopause. She is a three-time international best-selling co-author, most recently of Redefining Menopause: Finding Strength, Balance, and Joy in Your Next Chapter.

Her work explores how the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes of midlife intersect with career progression, societal expectations, and family responsibilities that shape the lived experiences of Caribbean women. Through evidence-based education on nutrition and lifestyle strategies, Lisa helps individuals better understand how menopause affects every aspect of a woman’s life, fostering awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting more informed, empathetic workplace cultures.

For Lisa, menopause is not an ending, but an opportunity for reinvention. Her work equips women to move into their next chapter feeling informed, supported, and empowered to thrive personally and professionally.​

Thema Williams

Artistic Gymnast, Entrepreneur, and Advocate


Thema Williams is a trailblazing artistic gymnast, entrepreneur, and advocate for athlete rights from Trinidad and Tobago. A pioneer in her sport, she made history in 2011 as the first gymnast to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships—a feat she repeated in 2015 when she secured a qualifying spot for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.


Beyond her athletic accolades, Thema is widely recognized for her resilience and courage in the face of institutional adversity. Following a highly publicized legal battle to protect her professional integrity and rights, she emerged as a powerful voice for accountability and equity in sports. This journey fueled her passion for creating safe, transparent environments for the next generation of leaders.


In 2022, she translated her years of elite training and dedication into the business world by founding the Thema Williams Athletic Academy (TWAA). Starting as a grassroots initiative in her own home during the pandemic, the academy has grown into a premier institution in Maraval, dedicated to the holistic development of youth through gymnastics.


Thema continues to use her platform to mentor young women, emphasizing the power of collaboration over competition and the importance of "finessing" one's unique talents to build a legacy beyond the field of play.

Amanda Jardine

Amanda Jardine believes that excellence is not an act — it is a discipline.


Founder and Managing Director of Image Matters Ltd. (IML), one of Trinidad and Tobago’s and the wider Caribbean’s leading event management firms for nearly two decades.


A strategist by instinct and an executor by discipline, Amanda has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-level engagements with precision and professionalism. Under her leadership, Image Matters Ltd. has executed major regional and international events including CARICOM Symposiums, the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), ICC events, the Gas Exporting Countries Forum Conference, and the Energy Conference of Trinidad & Tobago, alongside projects for leading multinational corporations and regional institutions.

Beyond event strategy and execution, Amanda is a certified Business and Personal Etiquette Trainer through the Academy of Etiquette and Protocol and Adelphi Associates, Oxford, UK. She has lectured at the University of Trinidad & Tobago and the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is a strong advocate for the power of professional presence, preparation, and soft skills as essential differentiators in leadership and organisational success.


Her philanthropic leadership includes serving as President of the Women in Action for the Needy and Destitute (WAND) Foundation, where her creative and forward-thinking approach to fundraising has delivered record-breaking growth in income and significantly expanded the organisation’s network of donors and supporters. She also serves as a Board Director of the ANSA McAL Foundation and InterClub.


A former representative of Trinidad and Tobago in international pageantry, Amanda brings cultural intelligence, composure, and credibility to every platform she serves.​


Stacy Dhanessar

Director HR Strategic Enablement, Caribbean | Scotiabank


Stacy Dhanessar was appointed Director, HR Strategic Enablement, Caribbean at Scotiabank in January 2026, following her earlier appointment as Director, HR Caribbean South and East in July 2025. A strategic and people driven HR leader, she has 20 years of experience in banking operations and human resources across the Caribbean.


Stacy is widely recognized for her commitment to advancing women in leadership, fostering inclusive cultures, and creating workplaces where diverse talent can thrive. In her current role, she partners with senior executives to align HR priorities with business transformation, strengthen leadership capability, and drive meaningful cultural change across the region.


Since joining Scotiabank in 2011, Stacy has led transformative initiatives in talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and governance, consistently delivering solutions that enhance team performance and build long‑term organizational strength. Known for blending strategic insight with operational excellence, she is a champion for mentorship, empowerment, and continuous learning.


Stacy holds an MBA from Heriot‑Watt University and a BSc in Management with Law from the University of London and is a certified Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP).​


Natasha Ashby

Vice President Law & Corporate Affairs | Atlantic


Natasha Ashby is an accomplished professional and recognized leader in the field of corporate law, governance and commercial with a career approaching three decades. Her illustrious career includes over twenty years in the energy sector of Trinidad and Tobago.

Currently, Natasha is the Vice President of Law and Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Atlantic, one of the global top ten LNG producers. In this role, she oversees the company's legal, governance, ethics, and compliance efforts. Her responsibilities include providing advisory services, negotiating complex commercial and service agreements, managing litigation and arbitration, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading Atlantic's ethics programs.

Throughout her tenure at Atlantic, Natasha has played a key role in transformational projects, with portfolios that spanned legal, commercial, finance, treasury and governance. She played a crucial role in the negotiations and contracts for the start-up of Trains 2 and 3, as well as the Train 4 expansion (which was at the date of commencement of its operations the largest LNG train in the world), the negotiation and renegotiation of long-term service and maintenance agreements and more recently the restructuring of Atlantic. Her leadership has spanned EPC negotiations, project financing, regulatory interface, corporate structuring, arbitrations and other critical matters. 

Her commitment to integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards are evident in her role as custodian of the company’s core values, ensuring that good corporate governance practices remain at the forefront of all endeavours.

Natasha's dedication to excellence extends beyond her corporate role. She has served as Chairman of the Turtle Village Trust, currently sits on the Board of the Office of the Procurement Regulator and is a member of the disciplinary tribunal of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT), thus contributing to the broader legal and professional communities. These professional affiliations, Natasha’s charitable undertakings together with her mentorship of young women and men are in service of her focus and passion - love of country demonstrated by the active pursuit of the improvement of the lives of our nationals, especially those who are disenfranchised, marginalised and in need. 

Natasha is a proud alum of The University of the West Indies (UWI) LLB (Upper Second Class Honours), LLM UWI and LEC The Hugh Wooding Law School. In acknowledgment of her achievements, she was recognised on UWI’s 75th anniversary as a Distinguished Alumni.  

Most importantly, Natasha is the proud mother of Justin, a fitness enthusiast and chief promoter of and participator in all things Trinbagonian.


Ria Mohammed

Attorney- at- Law, Advocate, Lecturer & Mrs Universe Caribbean 2026


Ria is an attorney- at- law in The Chambers of Mr. Rolston F. Nelson, S.C. She is also a consultant in the Tax and Legal Services Department at PWC Trinidad and Tobago. Ria holds a Bachelor of Laws, First Class Honours (UWI Cave Hill), a Legal Education Certificate of Merit ( Hugh Wooding Law School) and a Master of Laws (Harvard Law School). She has been called to the Bar of Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. Her work has been widely published in local, regional and international law journals.

Ria has a keen interest in the rights of persons with disabilities, domestic violence and women’s rights. She is a member of the Caribbean Social Justice and Pro-Bono Lawyering Group (CARIBONO), the CCJ Committee for Improving Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities and Amnesty International. She has been elected as a Senior Ordinary Member of the Council of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, and is the Co-Chair of its Human Rights Committee. Ria also serves on the Board of the Caribbean Center for Human Rights. She was recently crowned Mrs. Universe Caribbean 2026; the first woman to hold that title.


Indu Sharma

Co-Owner / Director | QED Consulting Ltd​


Indu is an independent consultant/ professional having spent the majority of her career in the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Sector at Senior Executive and Board Levels with several multinational companies such as GDF SUEZ, Centrica and Methanex. Most recently at Methanex, she was the Business Development Director and was responsible for strengthening the site’s governance infrastructure and culture and managing key stakeholder relationships including government relations.

She is Attorney at Law with over 30 years' experience in the areas Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Banking. She is currently the Managing Partner of the legal firm of Nath Sharma and Company (NSC) which focuses on the areas of Conveyancing, Probate and Succession and Corporate and Commercial Law.        One of the strong and consistent themes in Indu’s experience and her qualifications is her passion for governance and establishing practical and bespoke corporate frameworks in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for small, medium and large enterprises both privately owned as well as publicly traded in the Caribbean region. 

In collaboration with her business partner Joanne Salazar she founded the consulting firm Q.E.D. Consulting Limited (Q.E.D.) committed to improving governance standards and practices in all sectors of the economy including improving Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Environmental and Social Governance. 

Indu serves on the Nominations Committee of the Energy Chamber ( a sub committee of the Board). She has previously served for several successive terms on the Board of the Energy Chamber which has been instrumental in influencing energy policy development in Trinidad and Tobago and she was the first Chair of its Alternate Energy and Energy Efficiency Sub Committee.


Roslan Schofield

GM Non-Operated Ventures & Risk Management and Shell LNG Director | Shell Trinidad and Tobago Limited


Roslan Schofield is an accomplished energy industry business leader with over 23 years of international experience at Shell. He holds both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams across various sectors, including deepwater, onshore and offshore production, integrated gas, exploration, and new business development.


As a visionary leader, Roslan has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar investment proposals, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and decision analysis. His leadership spans all opportunity and project phases, from identification and appraisal to execution, creating environments where teams are empowered to deliver outstanding results. Roslan is recognized for his ability to resolve complex business decisions, manage risks, and drive business transformation.


Currently, Roslan serves as the GM Non-Operated Ventures & Risk Management and Shell LNG Director | Shell Trinidad and Tobago Limited. He leads Shell’s Port of Spain-based NOV asset management team for Atlantic LNG and a Solar JV. He is also a member of Shell’s country leadership team, driving the delivery of Shell’s LNG strategic intent and securing a sustainable integrated gas heartland in Trinidad and Tobago.


Outside of his professional endeavors, Roslan is a dedicated father of two teenagers and has been happily married for 22 years. He is passionate about sports, traveling, culinary arts, investing, mentoring, and education.


Anderson Basdeo

Markets Head - Trinidad and Bahamas, and Country Treasurer – Trinidad | Citi


Anderson Basdeo was appointed Markets Head for Citi Trinidad and Bahamas in November 2020 and, shortly after in March 2021, added the role of Country Treasurer for Citi Trinidad. In his role as Markets Head, he is responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for the business, including the Corporate and Investor Solutions client segments, Local Markets Treasury, Trading and Corporate Sales businesses, and the local franchise. In the role of Treasurer, he oversees the governance of the Treasury function, including the planning and management of liquidity, capital, dividends, balance sheet structure and regulatory compliance.


Anderson has over seventeen years’ experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, with a strong background in the areas of Foreign Exchange and Bond Sales and Trading, Balance Sheet Management and Treasury Management, Risk Management, and Structuring Financial Solutions for clients.


In addition to his professional experience, Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Studies and Economics, with First Class Honours, from The University of the West Indies.


Ryan Chaitram

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Digital | The Massy Group


Ryan Chaitram is the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Digital at the Massy responsible for leading corporate strategy development and execution, Digital strategy, M&A and partnerships, and driving growth across the organisation. His responsibility also includes Sustainability and Business Transformation.


Ryan is an experienced commercial strategist and creative communicator with over two decades of experience in the energy sector. During his 24-year tenure at bp Trinidad and Tobago, Ryan served in progressively senior roles including Vice President of Communications and External Affairs, Communication and External Affairs Manager, Corporate Communication Manager, Business Development Advisor, and Head of Finance for the Operations Performance Unit. Through these varied roles, Ryan’s experience spans strategy, planning, performance management, business development, corporate communications, brand management, community relations, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder relations, and government relations.

Ryan currently serves on the board of Directors in the Mayaro Initiative for Private Enterprise Development (MIPED), and has served previously as a director on the board of the Atlas Methanol Company and as a Commissioner of the Regulated Industries Commission (RIC).

Ryan is married and is an avid creative outside of work in the areas of photography, filmmaking and music production.

With over 17 years of C-suite experience—more than a decade in Banking and Financial Services—Greer is a dynamic leader who is known for her expertise in corporate strategy, financial oversight, and operational transformation.  She has held influential leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer – Caribbean at Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) and Chief Operations Officer at the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT). In these roles, she spearheaded transformative initiatives, delivered measurable results and built a reputation for driving operational improvements and fostering sustainable growth.


Beyond her executive responsibilities, Greer has contributed significantly to industry development through board-level roles with the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute (TTII) and the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAM TT). Her expertise in corporate governance, risk management and process optimisation has positioned her as a thought leader in shaping industry standards, driving innovation and navigating complex organisational challenges.

Griselle Smith

Griselle Smith is currently the Caribbean Human Resources Manager at IBM World Trade Corporation. She is based in Trinidad & Tobago with oversight for the Human Resources function for IBM branches located in the Caribbean, namely, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Curacao, Jamaica, Suriname, and Trinidad & Tobago, reporting to IBM Canada head office.


An employee of IBM for over 29 years, her experience and responsibilities also include: Contract Administration, Health and Safety, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Crisis Management. More recently, she led IBM’s COVID-19 response across the Caribbean.


Ms. Smith is an advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility and has held the role of a United Way of Trinidad & Tobago (UWTT) Donor Champion for IBM. She has worked closely with the UWTT over many years in both corporate and personal capacities and has performed in the role of Committee Member for the National Day of Caring activities. 


She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago (HRMATT). She graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) undergraduate degree. She also graduated as a Leader Scholar from Franklin University with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Psychology.

Gail Figaro is the Principal Consultant of Phi-Onyx Services Ltd. and has recently been appointed as the Senior Director of Operations at iQor Trinidad Limited.

She brings over 25 years of experience across the Energy, ICT, Financial, Maritime, BPO, and General Industry sectors, with a career grounded in helping organizations and people grow through change, excellence, and strong leadership.

Throughout her career, Gail has held regional leadership roles and, together with her teams, has secured ten national awards for organizations in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana, particularly in HSE, Business Continuity Planning, and project-based excellence.

Gail is an Organizational Psychologist, an ISO 45001 Senior Lead Auditor and Trainer with PECB Canada, a DEIB Specialist, Certified Change Manager, HSE professional, and Executive Coach. She also made history as the first professional in the LATAM and Caribbean region to receive the Chartered Business Excellence Professional designation from the Business Excellence Institute of Ireland.

She has proudly served as a mentor in the AMCHAM/IDB Women in Leadership Programme for the past five years, is a Head Judge for the AMCHAM National HSSE Awards, and has also served as Chair of a sub-committee within the Trinidad & Tobago Psychologists’ Association.

Above all, Gail considers her most important role to be that of a mother to two incredible young women, and she brings that same care and intention into her work, anchoring her leadership in the principles of Servant Leadership and Situational Leadership.
