Deborah Benjamin

Managing Director 
ASCO Logistics Limited Trinidad & Suriname

Deborah Benjamin is currently the Managing Director for ASCO Logistics Limited Trinidad & Suriname. An Operations Management Professional with 15+ years’ Management experience working with Conglomerates in Regional Caribbean Markets with focus on Sales, Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain segments, with a track record for overseeing Company Revenues up to US$48m and leading teams of up to 200 persons and Management Teams of 9. She specializes in distributor operations and returning retail operations with lagging sales to greater profitability. 

Deborah has worked with Global Brands and managed International Oil & Gas Organizations. Career highlights include the transition and rebranding of Shell Business to launch Sol Petroleum in the Eastern Caribbean and the launch of Starbucks Brand Stores in Trinidad & Tobago. 

Deborah has also been nominated to sit on the AMCHAM Suriname Board for the May 2023 election.
