Andrea Davis

Before joining the DHL Group in 2017, Davis was instrumental in driving the success of Digicel Trinidad sales operation as Sales Manager and supported its operations in the South Pacific, Barbados, Suriname and Haiti. Davis also served as Product and Sales Manager at Columbus Communications Ltd, successfully driving revenue growth and profitability within its SME sector.
With 16 plus years in the field of sales and marketing, business development, customer experience, organizational development and transformation, and Strategic Management, Davis has developed a sound base for understanding the organisation from a systemic perspective. With an in-depth understanding of the anatomy of organisations and the underlying drivers for success, Davis has been instrumental in the business development of several entrepreneurial start-up and small businesses and has worked across several public sector organisations driving and implementing change and performance improvement initiatives.
Despite her active professional life, Davis is an avid sport fan and has represented Trinidad and Tobago on the world stage as a professional volleyball athlete. She is the chairperson of the Trinidad and Tobago Beach Volleyball Commission. Davis is PMP certified, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anglia Ruskin University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with the Herriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom.
