He honed his skills in M&A integration and strategy during significant tenures at PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey & Co, where he led high-impact teams across major global markets including the US, UK, Germany, and India.
Most notably, as Senior Vice President of Integration at AVEVA Group, he spearheaded the integration of the company's largest acquisition, driving a pivotal business model transformation. At Massy, James focuses on enhancing corporate strategy and operational excellence, setting new benchmarks for growth and efficiency within the industry.
