Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. In 2007, as Director-Sales and Marketing, Mrs. Henderson played a pivotal role in the Change Management needed to ensure the smooth transitioning of Pereira & Company Ltd. from a privately-owned company to a strategic acquisition in the widely known, Regional Conglomerate, Massy. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson has guided the company in doubling its profitability by strengthening its core printing and imaging business, focused development of the Office Interiors Division and growing its regional business in the Eastern Caribbean countries. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks.
Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Richard Ivey School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute. She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership, and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions, including chairman for the Massy Share Ownership Plan.
Nirad Tewarie

Nirad Tewarie is the CEO of AMCHAM T&T. He has more than twenty-five years’ experience in media, communications, management, education and international relations. Nirad is also the Chairman of C15 studios, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aspire Fund Management, and the Loan for Enterprise and Network Development.
Passionate about youth development and using his expertise for good, Nirad is the Chairman of the 50-year-old, San Juan Jabloteh Sports Club and Manager of the Hillview College Football Teams, where he oversaw the promotion of the Senior Team to the Championship Division of the Secondary Schools’ Football League after just one season.
Nirad was formerly the CEO of the T&T Coalition of Services Industries (TTCSI), Chairman of the Caribbean Network of Services Coalitions, a member of the Communications and Public Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK and a columnist for the Trinidad Guardian.
A keen supporter of the arts, Nirad is an Associate Producer of Bazodee the Movie, and the former Chairman of the Cabinet Appointed Fashion Industry Development Committee.

Mr. Jean Andre Celestain brings to Atlantic more than three decades of experience as a senior energy executive in the petrochemical and manufacturing sectors. Jean Andre has operated in various senior leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, HSSE and Project Management.
He was seconded from BP into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in September 2021 and over the past three years, has played a significant role in crafting and operationalizing Atlantic's strategy. As Atlantic’s CEO, in support of our journey to world-class operations, Andre has solidified his track record of delivery, driving improvements in several critical areas such as systematic operations, turnaround strategy and risk and vulnerability management. Anand Ragbir, brings over 25 years of experience in the Trinidad and Tobago energy sector, having held several senior leadership and executive roles across the industry. He currently sits as Proman Trinidad’s Managing Director, having assumed the role in May 2025. Before taking up that post, he served as Vice President Commercial and Finance, at Atlantic LNG, where he was responsible for overseeing commercial engagements, operational optimisation, strategic positioning, financial operations, treasury, and risk management.
Prior to that, Anand was the Chief Financial Officer at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC), where he made significant contributions to the advancement of the local energy sector. His career spans leadership roles in several prominent multinational companies involved in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations within the sector.
Anand has also served on the boards of several prominent organisations, including Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited, Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited, and The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago. He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Evolving Technologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (e TecK).
Beyond the energy industry, Anand brings his expertise to the financial sector. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit
Committees for RBC Royal Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited and RBC Investment Management (Caribbean) Limited.

Dominic Rampersad

Mr. Rampersad, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of financial expertise, began his distinguished career as a financial accountant at the National Institute of Higher Education. In 1994, he brought his talents to Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), where his leadership has been pivotal across multiple key roles.
Rising through the ranks, Mr. Rampersad held positions such as management accountant, financial accountant, and business development project leader, spearheading projects that doubled PPGPL’s gas processing, fractionation, and NGL storage capacity. As vice president of Finance & Information Technology from 2003 to 2014, he oversaw critical functions in finance, IT, corporate legal, and project financing, while also serving as corporate secretary.
In 2014, Mr. Rampersad was appointed president of PPGPL. Under his visionary leadership, PPGPL has expanded its global footprint through strategic acquisitions, including the NGL marketing assets of Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing LLC in 2020 and two terminals in Texas and Minnesota in 2022. These transformative moves have ushered in a new era of growth and opportunity for the company, its employees, and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Rampersad is a respected member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. Allister Guevarro
Commissioner of Police | Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS)
Mr. Allister Guevarro, is 49 years old and has dedicated 29 years of distinguished service to the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Princes Town, and the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies, he also holds a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) with specialization in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His final dissertation, “Disruptive Confluence: A Critical Analysis of Structural Design in the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service”, presented incisive observations on structural and operational inefficiencies within the organization.
He is internationally certified by elite agencies including the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI); United Kingdom’s Scotland Yard (Metropolitan Police); United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), and the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) which is the German Federal Police. Mr. Guevarro has led pivotal counter-terrorism, narcotics, and intelligence operations and has served on multiple national committees, including the Cabinet-appointed Expert Committee on the Nationwide Blackout and the Trinidad and Tobago Joint Task Force on Counter-Terrorism.
His strategic leadership has earned him numerous commendations, notably for dismantling the country’s first methamphetamine lab and leading the seizure of millions of dollars in ketamine. He formerly served as the country’s Liaison Officer to the United Nations Office on Counter-Terrorism, as well as Liaison Officer on Security and Intelligence to foreign diplomatic missions in Trinidad and Tobago. On June 18, 2025 he assumed the post of Commissioner of Police and now leads the organisation tasked with protecting and serving the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.
Olufemi Raheem

Olufemi Raheem is the VP, Supply Chain Management at Atlantic. He brings with him over thirty (30) years of experience working across key industries in Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia in Shell Operating Companies and Non-Operated Ventures, including roles at Brunei LNG and the North Caspian Operating Company, Kazakhstan. Major (Retired) Dirk Jason Barnes is a distinguished security-technology executive, military veteran, and innovator in GPS telematics and drone-enabled rapid response systems. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Air Support Tactical Security Limited (ASTSL), the leading GPS tracking and stolen-vehicle recovery company in Trinidad and Tobago, with an operational footprint spanning Trinidad, Tobago, and international partnerships through a U.S.-registered subsidiary. ASTSL currently manages a client base of over 12,000 active assets.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the military, public sector, and private security industry, Mr. Barnes is known for combining strategic foresight with technical expertise. He is also a certified firearms trainer and security risk management consultant, recognized for integrating geospatial intelligence, AI-powered surveillance, and drone-first-responder technologies to deliver sub-15-minute recovery times for stolen vehicles—a regional benchmark.
He served with distinction in the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force from 1993 to 2012, graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1994 and completing the Command & Staff Course (Staff College) in 2004. After his military service, he joined the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management (ODPM) as Operations Coordinator, overseeing multi-agency national emergency response efforts.
In 2016, Mr. Barnes founded ASTSL and led a series of strategic developments that significantly modernized private security operations in the country. He introduced a new integrated model of vehicle security, combining GPS tracking, armed tactical response, and drone first-response capabilities. This innovation drastically reduced recovery times for stolen vehicles and has played a key role in protecting nearly TT$1 billion worth of client assets.
To extend operational capacity, he established a Remote Pilot Unit (RPU) to support coastal surveillance, search and rescue, and industrial monitoring—areas traditionally beyond the scope of private firms.
In 2024, he formalized Air Support Tactical Security LLC in the United States to support international procurement and facilitate expansion into new markets. These initiatives reflect a sustained focus on operational innovation, scalability, and strategic growth.
Mr. Barnes holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, where he specialized in strategic leadership and innovation in security operations. Dr Rahanna Juman

Dr Rahanna Juman is the Deputy Director at the Institute of Marine Affairs. She holds a PhD in Zoology (2004) from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad and a Bachelor of Law (2015) from the University of London. Dr Juman has been conducting research on coastal ecosystems including mangrove forests and seagrass beds for the past 29 years, and has published in international peer review journals, and has authored two books on coastal wetlands. Iain represents companies in the construction, utilities, energy and manufacturing sectors as well as local authorities, police forces and private prison providers. He undertakes lengthy civil and criminal trials and inquests relating to deaths and injuries arising out of the construction, production and maintenance processes as well as personal injury and fatal accident claims on behalf of companies and their insurers following accidents arising from work.

Fitzroy Harewood

Fitzroy Harewood is the current President of Point Lisas Nitrogen Limited with over thirty-nine years of technical, managerial and leadership experience in the local oil, gas, power and petrochemical industries. Mr. Harewood is a graduate of the University of the West Indies St. Augustine, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies. Dr. Ish Ramcharitar is the Chief Medical Advisor to Atlantic LNG. He also holds the portfolios of Medical Advisor to the bpTT Region, Proman Energy, Nu Iron, National Energy and TGU.
A medical professional with over 22 years’ experience in occupational medicine, Dr. Ramcharitar was the first physician from the Caribbean to attain specialist qualifications in occupational medicine when he achieved Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians (MFOM). In 2016, he was recognized for his distinguished contribution to the field of occupational medicine when he was awarded Fellowship of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FFOM). More recently, Dr. Ramcharitar was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP)
Dr. Ramcharitar is the holder of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of the West Indies and a Master Degree in Occupational Medicine from Kings College, University of Aberdeen. His training extends to Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society in Seattle and he possesses a Certificate in Occupational Health Law from the Glasgow Caledonian University in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Ramcharitar has a special interest in the areas of fitness for work, fatigue, toxicology, substance misuse and occupational wellness. His pioneering work in the field of fatigue risk management has received international recognition.
Dr. Ramcharitar has led several occupational health initiatives with the Point Lisia Energy Association and Energy Chamber of T&T, and served as the chair of the T&T Energy Sector’s COVID-19 Vaccine Working Group. He has held the positions of Associate Lecturer with the University of the West Indies and Board Member of the Occupational Safety and Health Authority of Trinidad and Tobago.

Stacy Homer’s motto is “touching lives every day.” This has guided both her professional and personal life choices.
Professionally, Stacy is an HR Executive, Lecturer and Consultant who has practised in her field for over two decades. Her Corporate profile spans across several local and regional sectors - Financial, State, Retail and Manufacturing and Distribution. Similarly, her Consulting expertise has extended to both the local private sector and regional CARICOM entities. Stacy also lectures at both the Bachelor’s and Masters’ Level.
When Stacy is not wearing her HR hat, she is dedicated to her Coaching profession, as an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She holds this international designation and its related responsibilities near and dear to her heart. She specializes in Leadership and Career Coaching, as this allows her to fulfil her purpose - helping others to unleash their full potential.
On a personal note, Stacy engages heavily in volunteer activities, including prisoners’ reformation. She is also a passionate advocate of women’s progression and was previously featured on AMCHAM’s Women in Leadership Forum as well as, CNC 3’s International Women’s Week. In all instances, she used the platform to advocate for greater gender parity.
When not engrossed in these activities, Stacy enjoys her other full-time role of motherhood to her beautiful, teenage daughter. Lastly, Stacy spends her downtime on our beautiful Caribbean beaches and attending local, comedic plays.
Keima Gardiner
Waste Management Specialist | Ministry of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development
Ms. Keima Gardiner is the Waste Management Specialist in the Multilateral Environmental Agreements Unit of the Environmental Policy and Planning Division in the Ministry of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development. With eighteen years of combined academic and professional experience in environmental management, she leads the domestic implementation of chemicals and waste Conventions to which Trinidad and Tobago is a signatory. She also supports the formulation and execution of national legal instruments and initiatives on waste management. Ms. Gardiner is the country’s lead negotiator on chemicals and waste, representing Trinidad and Tobago in international fora on toxic chemicals and hazardous waste.
Over her tenure, Ms. Gardiner has gained significant leadership experience and has served in numerous technical and advisory roles at the national, regional, and international levels. Her notable appointments include serving as President of the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in 2023, a first for the Caribbean region, and as Co-Chair of landmark negotiations that resulted in the successful adoption of two major international instruments; the Global Framework on Chemicals (GFC) in 2023 and the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Panel on Chemicals, Waste and Pollution (ISP-CWP) in 2025, which both represent important milestones for the region and for Trinidad and Tobago’s global environmental leadership. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the GFC’s Open-Ended Ad Hoc Group on Measurability and Indicators and as a member of the Stockholm Convention Compliance Committee. Regionally, she held membership on the Steering Committee of the Intergovernmental Network on Chemicals and Waste for Latin America and the Caribbean and the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Coalition on Circular Economy. Nationally, she has chaired and supported several key initiatives, including the UNEP Capacity Development for Action on Plastic Pollution Project and the ongoing Implementing Sustainable Low and Non-Chemical Development in Small Island Developing States Project.
Ms. Gardiner holds a MSc in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University, Sweden, with distinction, and a BSc with a double major in Environmental and Natural Resources Management and Geography (first-class honours) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Simone Martin-Sulgan

Simone Martin-Sulgan currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Flow Trinidad & Tobago.
A native of Trinidad & Tobago and a self-confessed “Trini to de bone”, Simone has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. She has worked across the Caribbean, holding senior management positions in Trinidad and Tobago, the Cayman Islands, and the Southern Caribbean.
In 2014, she returned to the Caribbean and began her tenure with the then Cable and Wireless Communications as Vice President of Mobile Operations for the Bahamas Telecommunications Company. She also held the role of Senior Commercial Director of the South Caribbean, a wide portfolio that included the islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, the Dutch Caribbean, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, and Dominica.
She holds an MBA and MSc in International Business Development and Consulting from Germany and France, respectively.
Married, and a mother of two young boys, she is a dynamic leader who brings energy and joy into everything she does.

Kurt Seecharan

Mr. Kurt Seecharan has over twenty (20) years of experience in the oil and gas sector with expertise in the areas of engineering, auditing, risk management, and health and safety. He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries, and after ten (10) years, transitioned to bp Trinidad and Tobago as an Assurance Lead in the Safety and Operational Risk department. He has now spent over ten years at bpTT supporting various teams and currently holds the role of Process Safety and Risk Superintendent, where he is largely responsible for ensuring conformance to process safety and risk management requirements. Kurt has successfully completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of West Indies, and has lectured several engineering courses over a ten-year span at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.

Balchan Jadoonanan

Balchan Jadoonanan is an HSE and CMER professional with over 19 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He entered the industry as a Process Plant Operations Technician at Atlantic LNG in 2004, then transferred to the Health, Safety, Security and the Environment (HSSE) Department in 2007, where he helped to establish the framework for the company’s Control of Work program and HSE management system. As a key member of the Atlantic Safety Team, he was later promoted to its leadership in 2012. For the period of 2016-2018, Balchan was seconded to BPTT as an H&S Advisor where he offered his expertise acquired from years of experience and study in the field. Upon returning to Atlantic, he was promoted to HSE Manager where he played a key role in the development and implementation of several of Atlantic’s industry-leading HSE initiatives. In August of this year, Balchan transitioned to his present role as HSSE Manager with DeNovo Energy Limited. Balchan is an advocate of continuous improvement and digitalization, as such he is at the forefront of several initiatives that aim to leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance corporate HSE performance.
Balchan is a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, the Chair of the AmCham TT HSSE Committee and a member of the AUOTT, ESSI Operations and PLEA HSSE Committee.

Noel Stewart

Noel Stewart is the Assistant Chief Fire Officer in charge of the Northern Division of the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service. The Northern Division comprises eleven (11) fire stations, over 700 fire officers and an area that covers from Chaguaramas to Toco. With thirty-four (34) years' experience in structural and airport rescue and firefighting, Mr Stewart achieved several major milestones in his career. A graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Sector Management, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London, a Legal Practice Certificate from Staffordshire University; he was the first attorney at law to become the legal advisor to the Chief Fire Officer, and headed the Legal Unit in the Fire Service which helped established. Trained in International Brigade Command in the United Kingdom, his leadership role in the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service has impacted many with positive results. Andia Persad-Maharaj

Andia Persad-Maharaj studied mechanical engineering at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus before proceeding to work in the fast-paced oil industry as a designer for wellhead equipment. Passionate about quality and standards her move to the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards was a natural fit. With over a decade of experience in national and international standards development, Andia manages the National Standards Portfolios for occupational health and safety, risk management, and energy efficiency. Her recent standardization projects at the TTBS include The Trinidad and Tobago Energy Efficiency Building Code and TTS/ISO 31000:2024, Risk management - Guidelines. Andia is the inaugural recipient of the ISO Next Generation Award and ISO Fellowship Programme for her contributions to international standardization. She has served as a guest speaker on standards and sustainability at the United Nations and University of Geneva, Switzerland.
