TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

All completed applications must be submitted together with a non-refundable application fee of TT$1,350.00 (VAT incl.). Applications will be reviewed for qualification and recommended for approval by AMCHAM T&T's Transparency, Accountability, and Governance (TAG) Committee. The Board of Directors of AMCHAM T&T has, at their discretion, the right to refuse membership.

Upon approval by AMCHAM T&T's Board of Directors and payment of the requisite fees, the applicant becomes an AMCHAM T&T member and as such agrees to abide by AMCHAM T&T's By Laws and Code of Conduct.

Following approval, you will be invoiced for your membership fees. The membership term runs from January 1st - December 31st each year and your membership fees will become due on January 1st each year.
