Paula Davis, Global Speaker, Strategic Advisor, and Award-Winning Author

Paula Davis JD, MAPP, is a global speaker, strategic advisor, and award-winning author who helps leaders build resilient teams and optimize the human factors that drive successful AI adoption. She teaches leaders and teams how to identify and implement TNTs (tiny noticeable things), small, repeatable work practices that have an outsized impact on retention and performance. 

Paula left her law practice after seven years and earned a master’s degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.  As part of her post-graduate training, Paula was selected to be part of the University of Pennsylvania faculty teaching and training resilience skills to senior leaders in the military as part of the Army’s Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness program.  The Penn team trained resilience skills to more than 40,000 soldiers and their family members.

Paula is the author of Beating Burnout at Work: Why Teams Hold the Secret to Well-Being & Resilience (2021) and Lead Well: 5 Mindsets to Engage, Retain, & Inspire Your Team (2025).  Both books have been selected as “must reads” by the Next Big Idea Club, which is curated by Adam Grant, Susan Cain, Malcom Gladwell, and Daniel Pink.  The Next Big Idea Club selected Lead Well as one of its top 11 leadership books for 2025.

Paula has shared her expertise at educational institutions such as Harvard Law School, Stanford, Wharton School Executive Education, and Princeton.  She is a two-time recipient of the distinguished teaching award from the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Her expertise has been featured in and on The New York Times, O, The Oprah Magazine, Inc., Fast Company and many other media outlets.  Paula is also a contributor to Forbes and Psychology Today. 

Dr. Wayne Ramgoolam, Director/Specialist Occupational Medicine, Occumed Limited

Dr. Wayne Ramgoolam is a seasoned Occupational Medicine Specialist with more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical practice, corporate medical advisory, and national health governance. As Managing Director of Occumed Ltd, he leads a team dedicated to advancing workplace health, safety, and wellness programs across a wide range of industries in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.

He concurrently serves as Head of the Occupational Medicine Unit at the South West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA), where he oversees clinical operations, workforce health surveillance, and regulatory compliance for the region.

Dr. Ramgoolam has been the Company Medical Advisor to several of the nation’s leading industrial entities including The National Gas Company (NGC) Group, Power Generation Company of Trinidad & Tobago (PowerGen), Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU), Point Lisas Nitrogen Limited (PLNL), and Well Services Petroleum Company Limited. His expertise guides the development of occupational health protocols, fitness-for-duty programs, and wellness initiatives that align business continuity with employee well-being.

He has contributed significantly to national occupational health policy through his service as a Board Member of the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA), and the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board, and as a Member of the Protective Services Compensation Committee of the Ministry of National Security.

Dr. Ramgoolam holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Medicine (with Commendation) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. His additional qualifications include certification in Practical Occupational Health Law (UK), Drug and Alcohol Testing (CPCT – DATIA), Occupational Hearing Conservation (COHC – CAOHC), and Disability and Impairment Rating (ACOEM).

A results-driven physician and strategic thinker, Dr. Ramgoolam is committed to strengthening the culture of health, safety, and performance in organizations, blending evidence-based medicine with sound policy and leadership to promote sustainable workforce health outcomes.

Susan Benasrie-Kerue, Environmental Specialist, Atlantic

Susan Benasrie Kerue is a purpose-driven environmental leader in the energy sector with over 20 years of experience advancing environmental stewardship, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

She began her career at an environment services company and has continued to grow professionally at Atlantic LNG, where she is recognized as a versatile and well-rounded environmental professional committed to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and sustainable business practices.

Susan is known for her integrity, collaborative leadership style, and passion for mentoring and motivating young professionals. She believes in empowering others through guidance, encouragement, and knowledge-sharing, helping to develop the next generation of leaders. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Susan is deeply devoted to her family. As a proud mother, she values the time spent with her children and believes that leadership, responsibility, and lifelong learning extend beyond the workplace and into everyday life.
